Outline – This service is conducted as a regulatory compliance audit by one of our fully qualified, experienced and friendly RTO auditors that will assist you every step of the way. The audit includes:
- An initial teleconference and desk top review of pre-audit information and documents
- On-site visit (1 day)
- Audit against a sample of your programs on scope
- Opening and closing meetings
- Provision of a compliance action plan
